|Sub Menus (Levels) and Extensions
As shown in the graphic above, sub menus are accessible from the main welcome menu or via another sub menu. ‘Extensions’ refer to the landing locations or answering service points. These extensions are flexible and are able to be reprogrammed at any time to reach a MondoTalk phone or regular/mobile/cell phone number worldwide.
|Recorded Help Messages
As the name suggests, this feature refers to a recorded step-by-step information guide that is easily programmed on your Cloud PABX. Customers who call seeking help can be instructed through the necessary procedure, leaving your staff free to complete other work. Recorded help messages can cover absolutely anything, from research and FAQ’s to simple technical repairs.
No-one likes being placed in a call queue, but sometimes it’s unavoidable.
|Hunt Group and Ring Group
Did you know that a sequential order can be programmed into your call queue or “Hunt Group” that makes available the next free person in your list of customer service representatives? The “Ring Group” provides for a programmed sequence, making sure that your important customer call is connected to the next available extension.
|Voice Prompt Notification
Notice how much more professional a company appears when the person who answers your call seems to already know what you are after, rather than treating you like a cold call? Give your business that professional edge with Voice Prompt Notification. This feature gives your customer representative information regarding the source and type of the call that’s ringing through. They will also be told how long the caller has been kept waiting in the queue.
Sometime one welcome message just isn’t suitable for all times of the day. Cloud PABX schedules can be programmed for your business hours of operation. For example, an alternate welcome message can be programmed for non-office hours, informing your customers of an appropriate time to call back.

|Dial by Name Directory
Why bother trying to remember each staff member’s phone number, when ‘Dial by Name Directory’ lets you reach them simply by dialling the first 3 letters of the staff members last name when prompted by the Cloud PABX Directory Assistant.
Sometimes there’s just not enough time to take every call that comes through. So how do you prioritise? With Call Screening, callers must say their name before their call is put through to your extension. When you answer the call, you are told the caller’s name and therefore have the choice of whether to accept the call or not. You can also enter a list of caller ID’s for the callers you would like to exclude from any screening.
Let multiple people in on the conversation with the Conference Calls feature. This feature allows multiple Cloud PABX users as well as regular phone users into the conference centre. All you need to do is simply set up the conference room and invite multiple users to log into the meeting. Additional callers can be added at any time during the conference.
Transfer answered calls on your Cloud PABX to another extension, mobile/cell or landline quickly and easily by using the Call transfer (Xfer) key on the handset.
Keep the conversation going. Call Forward lets you forward all incoming calls to another phone number.

Conveniently place your current call on hold with the Call on Hold feature.
Away from the office and need to make a long distance call? No worries! Just find the nearest internet connection, log-in to the ‘Web Call back’ link, enter your Cloud PABX account details, your current location phone number (even your mobile/cell), then enter in your calling destination. Like magic, the ‘Web Call Back’ service will call you at your current location and then connect you to your calling destination. The cost of this call is charged back to your Cloud PABX at our reduced VoIP calling rates.
