My experience with MondoTalk to date has been outstanding.

Previously we were with a large high-street VOIP provider until we started to experience some technical issues. Although this service provider had a support team, they were very hard to reach, sometimes waiting 45 mins on hold. When you finally got through to someone it was challenge to find anyone with enough experience to help – you seemed to be learning the instruction manual alongside them !

I then tried out a few other VOIP providers – firstly going to their support line – this was where I discovered MondoTalk talk with their flawless technical  support. Their ‘can’t do enough’ attitude was a very pleasant welcoming.

I transferred my service over to MondoTalk seamlessly, implementing a virtual PABX system for the office, and have never looked back.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending anyone to MondoTalk.

I am a new user of Mondo Talk. So far I have used it once for 15 min to make a international call. I appreciate its voice quality. There is no voice distortion and delay. I felt I am talking to someone in next room.

I have already tried some VOIP service provider. The previous provider I was using had problems. Always there was a voice delay, sometimes echo, most of time their server was down. They don’t have any contact number for technical support. The technical Support is only via web ticket. I needed their support only once and I got no response in more than 15 days. Now I can say their Technical Support is much poorer than the phone service (quality).

Anyway thanks to their poor service it gave a chance to look for another VOIP provider and I finally found one,  MondoTalk, better voice quality, high end technical support. You don’t have to wait for webticket, just dial the number and talk.

We have been using Mondo Talk since January 2009 both in our business and for personal communication.

Mondo Talk has performed better than we initially expected and it has saved us a considerable amount of money.

I also love that it is mobile voip; allowing me to make low cost phone calls via my laptop and mobile broadband when we travel interstate.

Customer service has always been excellent.  To me this is critical as I have only basic computer skills.
